REFUND REQUEST
Should you need to cancel services, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of receiving ANY legislative services. If legislative services are not canceled within 48 hours in advance, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Please include the following information for your refund request.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
